Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without needing to give a reason or pay a penalty.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Proceed

To start a return, email us at contact@nyreshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return instructions, including where to send the item. Please ship the item back with a tracking number and keep your proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case we will cover them.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed by our supplier. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process will apply once you receive the package.
