Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Times

Phone cases: 12 to 20 business days after dispatch. Orders are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers, which may be located outside the European Union (including in China). These are estimates and may vary due to high demand, holidays, customs, or exceptional circumstances.

Delivery Area

We ship within the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders of €45 or more. For orders below €45, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies. Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you pay.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
