Terms of sale

1. Seller
These terms govern all sales made on nyreshop.com by Denis Stabile, sole proprietor, trading as NYRE (SIRET 130 859 994 00019, RCS Nice 130 859 994), Le Floréal, 11 Avenue Général Estienne, 06000 Nice, France. Contact: contact@nyreshop.com.

2. Products
Products are presented with their main characteristics. Photographs are for illustration only and slight colour variations may occur. The customer is responsible for checking that the product is compatible with their phone model before ordering.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown before payment.

4. Orders
The contract is formed when the customer completes payment. A confirmation email is then sent. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and refunded.

5. Payment
Payment is made online, in euros, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are secured and processed by Shopify Payments. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 12 to 20 business days from dispatch. A tracking number is sent by email. Shipping is free for orders of €45 or more. Below this amount, shipping costs €4.99. If the product has not been delivered within 30 days of the order, the customer may cancel the contract as provided by law.

7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. To do so, the customer must notify us by email at contact@nyreshop.com. The product must be returned within 14 days of that notification, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We refund the price of the product and the initial standard shipping costs, using the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product (or proof that it has been sent back).

8. Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For a defective or non-conforming product, email contact@nyreshop.com with your order number and photos.

9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may bring a dispute before the courts of their place of residence.
